4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the individual project contract. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with progress payments due at agreed-upon milestones. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as specified in the project contract.

Clients must ensure that PrimeArc Construction has reasonable access to the work site during the project. Any changes to the agreed-upon scope of work must be communicated in writing and may result in adjustments to the project timeline and cost.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the PrimeArc Construction website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of PrimeArc Construction and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. 9. Limitation of Liability
